WHITE TOWER CONSULTING LLC (“White Tower”, “we” or the “Provider”) is a Wyoming limited liability company serving international customers through professional remote engagements. The address above is the mailing address appearing on the IRS notice; it is not represented as a customer-facing physical office. These Terms apply to enquiries, individually agreed service engagements and electronic deliverables, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply in the relevant jurisdiction.
02. Individually priced services and quotations
Our public website describes practice areas and lets visitors request information; those descriptions are not binding offers at a fixed price. Each engagement is assessed individually according to the customer’s objectives, sector, geography, records, complexity, risk, work hours, urgency and required professional resources. Submitting an enquiry does not create a service contract or payment obligation.
Controlling commercial rule: the scope, total price, currency, applicable taxes and charges, turnaround time, deliverables, included revision rounds, payment milestones and exclusions are those set out in the individual proposal expressly accepted by the Customer before payment.
A proposal may use a fixed project fee, phase-based fees or agreed hourly fees. Hourly work will describe the calculation method, estimated effort and any spending cap or authorization requirement. No unapproved additional charges will be imposed. Where the total price cannot reasonably be calculated in advance, the legally required pricing methodology will be communicated, and the amount charged in any payment step will be disclosed before payment.
03. Contract hierarchy and acceptance
The agreement comprises (a) the mutually accepted proposal and identified annexes, (b) these Terms, (c) the acceptance and order confirmation, and (d) any other expressly agreed terms. The proposal controls project-specific commercial matters but cannot override non-waivable rights. Material inconsistencies must be resolved before payment. If a defined service is ordered directly through a checkout, its checkout description must provide equivalent pre-contract information.
An engagement is formed when White Tower accepts the assignment and the Customer expressly accepts the proposal and Terms using the specified process. Where prepayment is required, payment follows that acceptance. Before an action creating a payment obligation, customers will be shown the applicable total, currency, taxes, charges and essential service characteristics, and the final order action will clearly state the obligation to pay. Confirmation and applicable contract terms will be provided by email or another durable medium, with the opportunity to correct entry errors before ordering.
04. Practice areas and service boundaries
The following is an illustrative description of available work, not a promise that every item is included in each engagement. Only an accepted proposal fixes the deliverables:
- U.S. immigration business plans: E-2, L-1A, L-1B and direct-investment EB-5 projects; business, financial, operational and staffing analysis as agreed. EB-5 regional-center services or an economic impact model are not included unless separately and expressly contracted, and are not part of the currently described direct-investment offering.
- EB-2 NIW and related documentation: business/professional plans, enterprise analysis, evidence organization and documentary RFE support within the accepted assignment.
- Spain digital nomad matters: eligibility document review, document requirements, file preparation, permitted administrative support and coordination with authorized professionals when required.
- Spain self-employed/autónomo matters: business plans, feasibility work and separately agreed documentary assistance.
- Spain entrepreneur/startup matters: innovation/business project plans, feasibility studies and relevant documentary support as expressly agreed.
- Other immigration and mobility support: preliminary assessments, document reviews, citizenship-related documentation, relocation and administrative assistance to the extent legally permitted.
- Market research, market entry and location selection: industry analysis, competitive intelligence, market sizing, commercialization, site selection and cross-border expansion.
- Financial modeling, funding and strategic advisory: financial statements/projections, valuation, budgeting, financing materials and business strategy.
- Due diligence, CIM, SDE/EBITDA and acquisitions: financial and operational review, seller-material analysis, indicative valuation, acquisition and negotiation support, excluding regulated audits.
- Company setup, translation coordination and related support: business formation documentation and referrals to appropriately qualified third-party professionals.
- External insurance referrals: informational links to third-party providers such as Feather Insurance; quotations, insurance contracts, premiums, cancellations and claims are handled by the external provider where bought directly.
05. Professional limitations and no outcome guarantee
White Tower provides business consulting, research, reports, financial analysis and documentary support. These services are not, by themselves, law-firm services or representation before USCIS, courts, consulates or Spanish authorities; they do not include restricted legal advice, individually regulated tax advice, certified statutory audit, regulated investment services or insurance distribution. Where legally reserved activities are required, a separately engaged duly authorized professional must perform them. Coordination with a customer’s attorney does not create an attorney-client relationship with White Tower.
Descriptions such as “USCIS-ready”, “attorney-ready” or “compliance-aligned” indicate intended documentary format, not government certification or guaranteed approval. We do not guarantee visas, residency decisions, financing, business returns, acquisition outcomes or agency processing times.
06. Timelines, delivery and customer cooperation
The accepted proposal identifies phase deadlines and whether business or calendar days apply. Unless otherwise agreed, performance time begins only after engagement acceptance, agreed payment and receipt of the reasonably required core documents. Any expedited schedule will be explicitly agreed in writing; there is no blanket 48-hour delivery promise. Missing or contradictory information, new facts, dependencies on third parties and extraordinary events may require a documented timetable adjustment.
The Customer will supply accurate information, confirm lawful authority to disclose documents, review key factual and financial inputs and use secure channels for passports, accounts, immigration records and other confidential files. We may seek clarification and decline to include unsupported statements.
07. Revision rounds and additional scope
The number and scope of included revision rounds are stated in the accepted proposal. A “revision” means one consolidated round of reasonable corrections within the agreed scope; substantive new project assumptions, business concepts or jurisdictions require a separate change order. Unless a more favorable arrangement is agreed, customers may submit consolidated comments within 14 calendar days following delivery of the draft. A platform’s automatic “completed” status does not cancel included revision rights during that period or non-waivable conformity remedies. A manual support channel will remain available if the platform closes an order. Additional project phases, substantive changes, new immigration categories or other out-of-scope services require an approved supplemental proposal before any additional charge. Contractual defects will be remedied according to law and the agreement, independently of the number of commercial revisions.
08. Payment, taxes and third-party charges
Payments may be collected through Stripe or another disclosed payment method. Every proposal specifies the charged amount and currency, installment schedule if any, applicable taxes and our own fees. Government filing fees, attorneys, notaries, independent translations and other external expenses are excluded unless expressly included and approved. Recurring charges require separate disclosure and authorization. Stripe processes card payment data under its security arrangements; we do not need to store full card numbers or security codes.
09. Withdrawal rights for eligible EU/Spanish consumers
Where mandatory EU or Spanish distance-contract rules apply, a customer acting as a consumer generally has 14 calendar days from conclusion of a service contract to withdraw without giving a reason. An unequivocal email to info@wt365.org or the optional form below is sufficient. Any legally required refund is normally processed within 14 days after receiving withdrawal notice by the original payment method unless lawfully agreed otherwise.
If the consumer expressly requests performance during the withdrawal period, legally permitted proportional charges may be due for work actually completed before notice. The right may be lost after full performance only where the statutory requirements for prior express request/consent and acknowledgment have been met.
Customization, starting work, paying or accepting these Terms alone does not automatically remove the statutory right. Any digital-content exception, if relevant, must be specifically explained and accepted.
10. Cancellation, refunds and complaints
Outside mandatory withdrawal and other statutory rights, a customer may request cancellation by email. Before work begins, unearned portions are refunded subject to the agreement and applicable law. Where work has started, we reasonably itemize completed phases and previously authorized nonrecoverable third-party costs and determine a proportionate refund for unperformed work. For hourly projects, documented hours are multiplied by the agreed rate. If a service is nonconforming, relevant contractual and legal remedies apply. An adverse agency or investment outcome alone does not trigger a refund for properly delivered contracted work.
Send cancellations, refund requests, duplicate charges and complaints to info@wt365.org with the order identifier and explanation. We will acknowledge the request and respond within a reasonable time. No provision eliminates applicable bank dispute, chargeback, statutory complaint or court rights; no mandatory private arbitration is imposed.
11. Confidentiality, data and permitted use
We protect customer immigration, business, corporate and financial records confidentially, restricting access to appropriately bound personnel/providers and authorized advisers, unless law requires disclosure. Our Privacy Policy at wt365.org explains personal-data processing, service providers and international transfers. Customers retain rights in materials they supply and must have authority to disclose them.
Once the agreed price has been paid, the Customer receives a non-exclusive, worldwide, indefinite license to use and adapt specifically paid deliverables for the agreed project and share them with advisers, financial counterparties and public authorities. Provider pre-existing know-how, tools, datasets, templates and third-party licensed content are not transferred; broader rights require written agreement.
12. Liability, governing law and updates
Forecasts and reports involve assumptions and information limitations, as disclosed in project deliverables. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or overrides mandatory consumer rights. For valid business-to-business engagements, Wyoming law and its competent courts are chosen except where overriding rules require otherwise. Consumer transactions retain mandatory protections and legally prescribed jurisdictions. Future revisions of these Terms do not retroactively alter agreed contracts without lawful consent.
