Do I need to be in Spain to apply?
The appropriate route depends on where you are and your circumstances. Your eligibility review identifies whether an application from Spain or through a Spanish consulate is the suitable path for your case.
Can I include my family?
Eligible family members may be included. The Premium package covers the main applicant, spouse and up to three dependants, subject to the applicable requirements.
What documents are commonly reviewed?
The review may cover work or client evidence, income, qualifications or professional experience, health insurance, criminal records, apostilles and sworn translations. Your checklist is personalised.
How long does the process take?
Preparation time depends on your package and how quickly complete documents are available. Current delivery times are displayed on the service page. Government processing times are separate and cannot be guaranteed.
Is approval guaranteed?
No. White Tower Consulting prepares documentation and provides consulting support, but the final decision is made by the competent Spanish authority.
